Support
Need help with one of our apps or web tools? We’re here to help — no bots, no ticket maze, just email.
How to get help
- Email us at [email protected]. That address reaches us directly.
- Tell us which app or web tool you’re using, plus your device and operating system version (for example, “iPhone 15, iOS 18”).
- Describe what happened and what you expected instead. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot if you can include them.
- We’ll reply to you — typically within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use your apps or web tools?
Most of our products work without any account at all. If a product ever requires a sign-in, we’ll tell you clearly before you create one, and we’ll collect only what’s needed to provide it.
If you’re having trouble signing in to a product that does use an account, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.
How are purchases and subscriptions billed?
All purchases and subscriptions for our iOS apps are handled by Apple through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment card details.
To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Because App Store purchases are processed by Apple, refunds are handled under Apple’s refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support.
If you run into trouble with a refund request, let us know at [email protected] and we’ll do what we can to help.
How do I request deletion of my data?
We keep very little data — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture. If you’d like us to delete the information we hold about you (for example, a support conversation), email [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
We’ll confirm your request and delete the data, typically within 30 days.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We’d genuinely like to hear it. Email [email protected] with the app or tool name, what went wrong (or what you’d like to see), and your device details. Bug reports and feature suggestions go straight to the people building the product.
